Imprints Of Night
Author: Rick Ryckman
The night's bondage holds me tightly.
How cruel is the time that slowly passes.
Quietly releasing my frozen fears.
Winters breath cuts to the bone.
Unraveling there darken hours.
Ravished by beasts that hover in the night.
Pain spirals from my mind.
Sorrows are consuming my heart.
Despair keeps tormenting my damaged soul.
My fears have left behind its atrocities.
The black dogs of hell rein supreme.
