Bring My Daddy Home
6 December, 2006

I have no reason
For presents This season
I dont need anything at all
I just want you
To say I love you
I wanna hear your voice call
I dont care where you are
I just wanna be in your arms

When Christmas night
Comes around
I dont wanna fall
To the ground
I dont want these tears to come
I want you now
With me
I want so much
Too be happy
Santa wont you bring my daddy home

I have no excuse
For money to be used
I dont want anything this year
I just ask for
You at my door
I dont want Christmas without you here
I dont care where you are
I just wanna be in your arms

When Christmas night
Comes around
I dont wanna fall to the ground
I dont want these tears to come
I want you now
With me
I want so much to be happy
Santa wont you bring my daddy home

I need his love to lift me up
I need his heart to lift me up
I need his soul to lift me up

I dont want to be alone
Santa please
Wont you bring my daddy home

I like this

T'Lonna, very good poem. Don't you wish you had a magic wand to make things happen? Sometimes, I do. I hope your dad does come home to make all your worries go away.

Again, I love this poem. Your heart is in this. It's very touching.
