To be fully aware
being able to share.

When in a dream state,
Loved ones think it is our fate.

We can hear the prayers and pleas,
But can't do anything to please.

Frustrating not able to take away the pain.
Rewarding to here that we are wanted to remain.

Barb, maybe it's just my interpretation, but i can sense the frustration in this piece, yet you've ended it on a positive note, filled with gratitude. And inspiring write. Thanks for sharing.

yea wanting to help stop the pain but makes you feel good that they care.So mixed feelings when in a comma. lol
