P.S. I noticed you used the most classic of all Canadian expressions, "eh?". Are you in Canada? I'm American, but I did a lots of jobs out of Canadian ports, especially St. John's, Newfoundland. I always told them I would learn to talk Canadian if it's the last thing I do, and that the main thing I had to learn was to say "eh?" as much as possible.

My last time in Calif. I was working on Santa Cruz Island. (not the city) The island's 25 mi off Santa Barbara. The Chumash tribe used to live there. We were doing archeological work there. What an island !
