He No Longer Carries Me

Why must he carry me so far
only to leave me, scared and alone?
Why did he leave me?
"A child of his own".

He won't listen to my pleas
he closes his ears to my cries.
Why did he leave his child?
Why leave me here to die?

Why must I bare this pain
this sadness, and despair?
He always carried me through
but he's no longer here.

My father has abandoned me
leaving his child like stray.
I am lost, and so confused
my life now a cold grave.

He has forsaken his child
he turns away from my pleas.
My father has left me alone
he no longer carries me.

------- Author's Notes -------

I didn't write this to make anyone mad, or upset. I am just having one of my days. I felt terrible when writing this, but like I said I am having one of my days.

bad day

We all have days were we feel abandoned by our faith.that's when we have to have a stronger faith and belief in oursdelves. You haven't been abandoned.just a test to make you try on your own and you are passing,This write shows determination. What you were suppose to get from his teaching.Remember he never abandons you just trying to teach you the things you need to survive.
