Adjusted Attitude
Author: Shiloh

Iím a dead man walking...
Each night I go to sleep
thinking that,
ďIf I donít wake up again,
then thatís all right -
thatís cool with me.Ē
You see,
life is precious,
but only to those who enjoy it.
If you have a life
that has value,
that gives you what is called
quality of life,
and you look forward
to each morning,
then thatís great,
I guess.
But I donít know what that means.
So if I kick off,
then thatís all right with me.
It donít mean nothiní...
and Iím tired, anyway.
