Broken
29 July, 2007

She says she's broken.
A worn excuse.
She says she's damaged,
so what's the use?

Because you love her,
that's the reason.
You know you'll wait,
through time and season.

Romantic love,
not in the cards.
No true, deep love.
Too many scars.

Oh the shame of it all,
that she could maintain such a wall.
