Love Is Blind

If never a man has Loved before
Then all that will follow,
And all that will have already been,
Will have but little meaning.
For to Love, or to have Loved
Is far better than to have never Loved.
When you have Loved before
All fallen out, the feeling is gone
With that you miss out.
To have these feelings and leave them behind
Would be the same as to say that you were blind.
To be blind is never a good excuse
To be blind and in Love,
Is the same as to be in Love and see.
Even without the sight, you say you’ve lost
Everything should be clear
As long as you believe,
That she is true
And the Love is there.
Nothing can ever be seen thought,
If you are blinded by that Love.
For it can be bad to take for granted
That Love will always come.
It will never be there,
If you think it will
It won’t stay unless you strive,
To fill your heart and the heart of her
With feelings of warmth and all this is good,
And none of doubt or fear.
For if you do, you will never feel near
To her soul, the thing you strive to find
To look inside and know.
That nothing will keep you out
As long as you both shoe
The way you feel inside
The feelings you both have but hide.
But when you keep them inside
With hear that she won’t know
What you say should be made clear.
I have lived this
I have been there
When you fall into Love it’s great,
When you fall out it hurts so badly.
So take my advice
And hold her close forever
And speak your heart out for her to hear.
