Love Moon

What do you see in the Moon?
Do you see a man starring down?
Is it just a rock floating above?

Well to me it’s more than that:
It’s a memory,
it’s a reason to smile,
It’s a subject of a song.
But when i look out at the Moon tonight
I see the true Moon of my eyes.

She is a woman
Standing high and majestic in the sky.
She is there for me,
But just there out of reach.
I’ll spend all my nights searching
In the end I’ll get nowhere fast.
This woman is out there
But i can’t seem to attain Her.

Beauty,
Pride,
A smile for all.

If I am never to Love again
(A woman of this earth,)
Then all my Love shall be Her’s.
The angel of my nightmares,
Guider through sleepless nights,
And the holder of my soul.

I Love the Moon
And tonight She has taken guide:
I can see the beauty that is…
You in the sky.
