I Wish So Badly
7 October, 2007

I wish so badly
That you were here
Just for the night.
I wish so badly
To hold you in my arms,
Under the stars,
And in the morning wake
To a crisp aired day.
But my wish won't be answered,
You won't be in my arms,
And the day won't be great.
Maybe it will happen,
Maybe you can be in my arms,
And maybe in the morning wake.
This all in a dream
Where you are there with me.
For all the time of sleep,
I will think of you.
I wish so badly,
You and me.
