Fix Your Fate

I’m at the edge
And I'm staring down
Can you see me here?
I know you’re down there
You make that great fall
You’ve been gone for so long
I need to know you’re safe
Can you send me a sign?
There you are
You look safe
You’re sleeping on that rock
Is that blood?
You can’t be dead
Why did you jump
You took a risk
No one should ever take
You gave me your heart
Never again will you be whole
He has taken your soul
Don below, to where it doesn’t belong
I’ll get it back
And bring it to where it should go
Ok, I’m going to jump now
Here I go
It didn’t work
I’m still alive
I’ll try it again
I’m still here
I can’t die, why?
“I don’t think that’s the problem.
Think about it,
Come back with the answer.”
What?
Is that him?
Wait, this all makes sense
I can’t die
I’m already dead?
I’m in Hell already?
“Yes!”
How, was I ever alive?
No, I couldn’t have been
That’s why I don’t feel anything
That’s why I never seemed to care
“Correct.
You have two choices now.”
What are they?
“Live on like this,
or never have lived at all.”
If I never was
Then she never jumped?
“Possibly.”
I’ll take that chance
“Fine!”
What. Your still alive?
Hello, can you hear me?
Do you see me?
“She can’t hear you,
Or see you, you fool!”
Why am I here?
“You don’t exist.
Existence is very complicated.”
She jumped
Why?
I wasn’t the problem
Did I overlook something before
You have me clues
Did I just go past?
I didn’t want to think of problems
It’s too late
I hope you’re happy,
I’m not.
