This broken hearted melody
Has played on and on
As blue sets the tone
While I am missing someone

Here playing on heartstrings
Tunes lonely and blue
The tears start to flow
I was feeling lost without you

Your guitar playing the blues
I reminisce yesteryears
Sad emotions outpour
Along the tracks of my tears

The songs you played to me
Its your love I still recall
Yet I feel the heartache
As these silent teardrops fall
