Hard times go away,
Like the ocean taking back its sand,
Real friends come along.
And without questions….they gladly take your hand.

I know this is very short, but it’s all I wanted to say.

After my father passed away I got into drink and drugs, and was in a bad way. I would always buy the drugs etc and so called friends would tag along, they said they were joining me as they understood my pain...but now I’m clean I have met some fantastic "friends" who don’t ask for anything, and I realised that my so called "friends" were just along for a free ride.....A real friend will help you when they can....."No questions asked"

wow. i never thought there is someone just like me. Your are so right, where are they now??? so called fantastic 'friends" i assume there probably lock up or just hanging out with there own kind, looking for another big ride. anyway
hey Ben!! stay with your real friends because real friends are very hard to find. also real friends does not tag along with you. true friend will tag along with you and bring you to rehab and makes sure you stay there. I'm greatful for my real one friend which happen to be my P.O. she is amazing and she save my life. stay sober and drug free.l.m.c

friends are great...
a real friend will bail you out of jail. a true friend will be sitting right there, next to you, saying, "Damn! That sure was a lot of fun!"

Hey Lisa...congrats on stopping my friend, it takes alot but at the end of the day if you want to be clean you can do it...all down to the indivdual. Im not even thinking about where they are now...not my prob!lol thanks for your comment Lisa.
