Open Your Eyes

In a life of corruption and misery
I find a piece of tranquility.
In a moment of abandonment and anguish
I find a hope of loving and compassion.
In a flash of torture and affliction
I find a second to breathe and reflect upon life.
In a glace of a world so different and divided
I can find friendship and hope.
In a bit of anger and rage
I find a way to open my eyes and see the other side.
What can you find?
