I Din't Need Wings To Fly
7 May, 2009

I walk through the water
Bewitching the stars and the moon
And the whole world fits in my
Hands…
And life understands my pleasures
And pains, my losses and gains.

I feel the magic, bewilderment,
Enchantment…
All the possibilities ahead are
Looking at me as I go walking
And talking to the mermaids
About my dreams and everything
That gleams inside of me.

I lose myself in my deep blue sea,
I sink, I swim, I listen to the music
Of my soul as I flow,
As I glow
Among the flowers
And butterflies.
I touch the sand…I feel the wind…I burn…
Fire in my eyes.

And everything is new…
Promises fill my heart
During my private tour
Inside myself and
Across the sky
And everything I can learn
Is that I don’t need wings to fly.
