My Boat And I
24 February, 2002

It's just my boat and I,
I can't catch a fish,
No matter how hard I try.

I use the finest of bait,
And then I,
Sit there and wait.

They never bite,
I'm ready,
For a fight.

I have fished in steams and in lakes too,
I have even fished,
In the ocean blue.

The great God of fishing told me to wait,
Good fortune will come to you.
My patience has not been in vain,

I keep goin fishin again and again.
But instead of a fishin line,
I'll use a chain.
