A Look In The Mirror
8 July, 2009
author: Rebecca Ditch-Hammack (aka Dreamer)

vinebar

childish eccentricity
making the heart sing
creation of innocence
watching in wonder
of something never had

his own kind of neverland

living in the here and now
wondering what it could have been
should have been
to have that kind of joy
something he never had

his own kind of neverland

perfection in everything
and in nothing at all
keeping the music alive
watching in wonder
of something never had

his own kind of neverland

having everything
having nothing at all
silently screaming
leave me alone
something he never had

his own kind of neverland

giving everything
music playing in his head
in the background of every moment
wanting the quiet in his heart
something he never had

his own kind of neverland

forever the music plays on

it's own.. kind of neverland

------- Author's Notes -------

Just an impression of a man I never knew..

Michael, you now have something you never had
and A new kind of neverland.....

RIP Michael Jackson.
