Living For Dream?

It must be amazing,
To live for the day.
The moment.
The Now.
To be spontaneous.
Impulsive.
No plans, no worries.
Doing as you please,
When you please.
Living the dream.
How could it be that I have no future?
That I can't see past the end of the week,
The end of the day?
How is it that I've come to this?
No plans, no emotion,
No life.
You want to see me next week?
I'll let you know.
Oh, its your birthday in two?
I'll let you know.
Is it normal to celebrate a normal weekend?
To go out and party like it might be your last?
Surely not.
It must be amazing,
To live for the day.
The moment.
The Now.
To be spontaneous.
Impulsive.
No plans, no worries.
Doing as you please,
When you please.
Living the dream.

I've filed this under 'Depression', but I'm not sure if that's fitting. I don't feel depressed, I don't seem depressed. I just know that I have no future. |
