It's Over And So

I thought about you today...
and yesterday...
and the day before that.
I will think about you tomorrow,
I will think about you the day after tomorrow,
and I will think about you a day after that.
Of this I am certain — not only will I think of you,
but I will smile when I do,
and those moments will be the balance
for the tears that I shed
in my mind, and in my heart.
