It is amazing the difference one week can make in a life
From the highest of highs to the lowest of lows
One week in a life can change everything

Things are said and promises are made
Then the promises can't be kept
Should the comments and promises be made,
Or should you wait for things to work themselves out?

No one can answer that...
Because it is different for every person and every event
You can only hope that when promises are broken,
The eventual hurt and confusion don't erode your confidence and belief

John Lennon said it best:
"Life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans"
Is it best to make those plans,
Or live your life from moment to moment and event to event?

The answer is this:
Make you plans and live your life...
From moment to moment and event to event

The Jewish Proverb says:
"Man plans, G-d laughs"
The only thing you can hope is,
That He doesn't laugh too loud or too long
And that one day the laughter is with you
And not at you

Until that day,
Live your life,
Love those that are part of it
And hope for better times to come.
