My Dearest Love
Author: Dorothy C. Fox

The love we shared for so long
could have been caused by an angel's
song. With those wings so gently
soaring, I visited you with new adoring.
No longer can we be together, but our
love is good and strong and the care
we have has never been wrong.
Our children are grown and have children
of their own. Even a new one to
add to our progeny to hold and to love
forever more.
We shared our meals again today. As I
visited you in my usual way. Will you
ever come home? They say, no, but maybe
they're wrong and some day we'll sing a
new song rejoicing together when we're
both "heaven bent".

Finally, a Love that never ends, but begins over & over again.

This is very beautiful, to love as you do, and I'm sure he loves you to. Will he ever come home, we, both know, time changes things. However, we both know his love for you will always be there. Perhaps, its only the communication process that has changed. I feel in your words, your love and his, never change and continue to grow. You are still by his side, after I assume many years, how fortunate he is.

You are a lucky lady and he, a fortunate, loving man.

My Dearest Love

Thank you,Martin, for your comment. My Dearest Love
went home to be with the Lord yesterday, and though
my heart is breaking, I know he is in a better place
and one day we will meet again,

So Sad Dorothy

I am so saddened to hear of yoru loss. I almost feel as though I have shared some of your lifes walk with your Dearest Love through the stories in your writings. My tears mingle with yours for your loss. I wish I would have read this a while ago and been able to send my strength your way. I hope you are doing well. Your 'Love' will live forever within your heart and words. -Tarna
