Television Programmes Of The Past

vinebar

television programmes of the past
were always a viewing blast
between six thirty and eight
the action and plots did so sate

reliving the hey-days of T V
is to-day made so easy
many favourites of mine
rerun on the Go channel all the time

Gilligan Ginger too
the hapless ship wrecked crew
a last piece of convicting evidence
Perry Mason mounting a top defence

the television beckons
F Troop is about to begin
Wilton Parmenter marshals his rabble
for yet another no win
Indians retreating in plumes of dust
this episode a comedy must

programmers of T V
in this modern day and age
should take a leaf
from the old T V programmers page

I don't have time ....

I don't have time for television from yesterday or even today because on Monday I have a federal election to deal with but soon as I become re-elected into my rightful position of Prime Minister of Mars I will return to you dear Elizabeth as you have surely become my favorite writer here .....or anywhere else .... for that matter - and that ain't politics talkin' - that's just plain common sense!
