the little dancing faeries, playing
come to take their winter captive
dazzling, and then blinding
a subtle way, they fool
they take. A soul, that
They will hide
and trap, until Spring.
So one day
the sky turns colour of purity
And, softly at first,
the snow faeries gather.
that the time has come

Hey thanks Terrie*! I have never shared my poems with anyone before, let alone posted them on the internet (i think that's easier to have them read by strangers, though, than by people who i actually know). it's really great to get some support. :-)
