Angel Bouquet

God picked another flower from His earthly garden today
It had to be perfect, it had to be sweet
To be chosen and placed in His Angel Bouquet
He'd collected all blooms he had searched for that day
But that one perfect blossom so fair
Kept slipping, and hiding, and moving away
He'd finally found what He'd looked for, quiet and sleeping so sound
He gently awoke and carried to Heaven that last perfect blossom He'd found
The small flower looked all around her,it made her so happy, she smiled
Surrounded by God's perfect splendor
You'd be proud of this flower, your child
She knew of her purpose the moment God touched her
She knew of his plan from the start
She knew earthly Love in abundance
This Love everlasting she'll hold in her heart
You will weep for the loss of Your flower
Tears water the Garden of Love
For every tear shed, because we have cared
Will assure us our place in God's Garden above
As bitter sweet tears turn to memories, that warm us and cause us to smile
We'll reflect on the lessons she taught us
This small earthly Angel-your child
