Fury

vinebar

I sit in fury
Anger, struggling to explode
My heart hurts
My stomach turns
My throat closes
I can barely breath

It takes over
Swallowing me whole
A place I never wanted to go
A place left far behind
A place I never want to return
Enveloped in your hatred

How could this be better
Resurfacing this pain
A hurt of failure
A hurt of confusion
A hurt of a broken heart
Why won't it die
