Do you know red
when you see it?
Do you know blue?
Can you tell black
from white,
up from down,
high from low?
Life is filled with
the straight and narrow
from the wayward and
troubled...the stable
and sane from the
mentally ill...

balance in the

Do you know
from anger?
Anxiety from
Do you know

Tune in to
things around
Can you sense
what is?
What is really
Love from hate,
life from death
war from peace...

Be alert
not fuzzy
notice the

Don't live in
