you are the starlight in my eyes
the song that fills my heart
you are the life sustaining breath
you are the fabric of my dreams

for you I yearn when you are away
for you I smile at just a thought of you
for you I want to give each touch
for you I am forever young

what is it about you that moves me so
when I catch your eyes my fires light
a brush of your hand and I melt
with you I feel a heat insatiable

for you are the starlight in my eyes
and the song that fills my heart
you are every breath I take
and the maker of my dreams

I only pray I am the same for you
