I always wish to be where you are
I lost you once and found you again
Maybe we were meant to be
To share a love so deep

I never thought I would feel so close
I never dreamed that I could feel this way
Was it destiny that directed us
To this place we are now

Longing for your touch each night
Taking you with me to my slumber
To a place that it becomes true
Where we can join as one

From a reality that is what it is
To a waking dream of what should matter
This wanton need of you
Closing my eyes I hold you near
