Author: Elizabetta

deep, knowing
calmly running
steady streams

then swirling circles
raging waves
violently tossing
stormy lakes

I want to dive
swim gracefully
float in the leisure they afford
even to drown
far better than
parched, dry
in the dark
kept out of their
inviting darkness
I want to glisten
be moist, damp
I'll dive in,
free fall
leave land behind
no hesitation
I'll dive in
just let me in
the raging seas
calm ponds
