I finally said goodbye tonight
I thought it would taste bittersweet
But there is no flavor to describe
My new insatiable appetite
That has me shedding memories
And with them, salty tears.....

Im finally ready to say hello
To be reunited with a long lost friend
What does one say when confronted with
A version of herself so greatly missed
Who has stumbled back unexpectedly
After being gone, so many years.....
