I'm Through

You could have saved me,
If you would have just said "Hello."
But you never did,
So now it's time for me to go.

I'm not sure why I'm blaming you,
But I have to blame it on something.
You made me feel like s**t,
You made me feel like I was nothing.

You might not know it,
But you could have prevented this.
Just a couple little words,
The breath it took you wouldn't even miss.

"Just wait, better days will come,"
Is what they said.
I guess I'll prove them all wrong,
When they find out I was already dead.

I'm not dead in person,
Just dead in my heart and my soul.
My life is like an endless pit,
And the fall's finally taken its toll.

I'm not talking about killing myself,
I wouldn't do that over you.
You're just f***ing up life for me,
So now with you, I just want to be through.
