From Above by Everett

Stitch up my bleeding heart.
Your faith is what kept me from falling apart.
Cover my scars with one look up to the stars.
With a simple touch, I can feel the words you say with silence.

I can't explain to you how i feel.
I will try if you help me heal.
Carve messages through the night.
Whisper a sigh that lets me know everything is alright.

Embrace me and tell me if you are real.
I can see a silhouette in my dreams.
Through all the screams and all the shadows, i see a gleam of light.
A beautful site to see for these blackened eyes.

If I listen carefully i can hear the angel's sing.
I search the skies just for a glimpse of your wings
