OUR GOVERNMENT, RIGHT OR WRONG?
Well... Sort of.
The US gave weapons and military secrets to some "friendlies" in the Middle East.
Some, if not all, of those weapons and secrets made their way to the hands of the "unfriendlies" in the Middle East.
Snoopy news investigators (thankfully) found out about it all, and then gave the information to the Defense Dept.
This all transpired quite some time ago.
Today (quite some time later) the Defense Dept says that they "have an investigation into the situation ongoing."
Really? Sort of like locking the barn door after leaving it open so all the contents could be raided.
WHY IN HELL DID WE GIVE AWAY ANY DAMNTHING TO THE MIDDLE EAST IN THE FIRST PLACE?
They want to wage war, let them do it there. Why do we have to jump in and try to play international policeman, when they don't want us there in the first place?
The payback in dead American service personnel for time, money and lives expended "over there" is not worth it. No way in hell is it worth it!
The USA should stop trying to heal everything everywhere. It cannot, and will not, be accomplished, and we are not the international knight in shining (now tarnished) armor on the white steed with lance lowered toward the enemy (which changes periodically, believe me - we have even been our own enemy at times).
Political correctness be damned - we are stupid and afraid to offend so many people or nations or cultures that we are pissing on our own lives and people and trying to convince everyone that it is just raining.
THIS SHIT HAS GOT TO STOP!
