Then It Gets Blurred
9 February, 2024

I know i'm in denial
I can see it through
Your worn out smile.
But don't give
Your smile to me
Save it for someone
Who is willing,
Willing to
Sacrifice their soul
Who is to afraid
To let it go.
I am afraid
You're so integrated
In a tightly woven mesh
Like two separated minds that mated
So real like flesh.
Then the time comes to try to love myself again
Then it gets all blurred
And by the time i'm about to reconcile
That notion has already been murdered.
