wait wwwait
dont't get up,
that was a knock on the door
on tv

keep sitting there on your laurels
waiting
for your lunch -
your hot lunch on this hot day -
perhaps by chance it will be
a cold pasta or potato salad
oh yum
like some years ago,
would be nice -

would be nice to get a ride with a trusting person
to some water,
a lake would be, of course nice
or a river, even a cool stream
that runs over smooth rocks
and disappears into the forest -
don't ya think ?

in the meantime,
the waiting time,
sit there in the airconditioned room
and wait for your meal
or another knock on the tv door
or a doorbell
ringing in the soap opera

okay, all is as it is
take it all in
simplicity, ya know
where are the people?
