Still Mine

If I gave you a life that showed no flaws,
Would you have thought twice before you gave yourself to me?
If I had promised you the world,
Would you still be here now?
I can't let go of all we had, I can't move on and be happy when my heart hurts so bad.
You've had years of my life and stolen my love.
I never wanted it to go down this way,
you didn't even let me try to find the right words to say.
I fear the numbness of being alone, I need your embrace.
I need the daily smile I got from your againg face.
I need the passion you used to feel, I need the love that was once so real.
I need the chills you sent down my spine.
I need to turn back time to when you were still mine.
