she is always there for me
especially when i'm asleep
even though she plays pranks on me
i still end up getting to sleep
when, i am on the phone
she picks up the other end
and always seems to embrace me
in front of all my friends
when we get into fights
she gives me one good wack
so i give her back a punch
just to show her how much i love her
cause were a happy bunch

Touched me incredibly

I just read your poem and it touched me in a way like nothing ever has before. I have a younger sister who is the sweetest thing in the world and she just makes everyones life seem so much more brighter when everybody is mad, upset, or even depressed to some extent. This poem just made me realize once again, how much I appreciate this in such an incredible way its undescribable. My sister just turned 3 August 21st. Im not sure if this poem pertains to you in anyway at all, or if it is even a true story...But if it is, I am sorry for you that you lost the life of a young sister.
Always~
