Well pardon me you seem lonely,
Sitting here alone.
Would you like to dance?
No I'm....not much of a dancer,
But I'd like to dance with you.
Yes I've been lonely too.
I'd really like you to join me,
When this dance is through.
If you'd like to talk.
Oh I....was hoping you'd find me.
Yes I'll come back with you.
I've thought about you too.
The things I said must have hurt you.
I know that's why you left.
I was such a fool.
Oh I....hope you can forgive me.
Don’t turn and walk away,
I'm asking you to stay.
We both said things but it's over,
Let's leave it in the past.
That's where it belongs.
Oh I....will think of a future.
That I can share with you.
