Author: Justus Isaiah Richardson
My head is aching,
I've got to get up
And face another day.
At my bedside,
I see your picture,
Reminding me of
The love you took away.
Just a memory,
I carry with me,
As I walk this road,
A road so cold and bare.
See the crossroads,
Right there behind me,
You took the exit,
And left me standing there.
