In Memory

As I lay there, in my bed,
so many thoughts run through my head,
what could I have said, to let you know,
how you really changed me so.
You made me laugh when life seemed grey,
You made me happy to live today,
But sadly enough, I never told,
how talking to you, could never get old,
I never got tired of hearing your stories,
and now that your gone, life is just boring,
A simple "thank you" would have been enough,
And saying it now is more than tough,
But in your memory, I will try,
until the day i'm forced to die,
Ill graduate, just like you said,
and one day, yes, I will also wed,
I'll grow up and have a baby too,
I hope, a son, who is just like you...
