Calmness

Nice, calm, funny is what you want to be
Don't subject yourself to things mean.

Some want to be humorous and kind.
Yet they don't have humour and kindness
in their mind.

Watching the horror shows, reading
books that are morbid.

Hard to have humour and kindness inside
When you subject yourself to cruelty,
and the dark side of life.

To be humourous and kind don't put
yourself through the darkness.

Watch and read things that makes you
feel light and calm.

------- Author's Notes -------

wrote this after I watched a show about murder and went to bed had a nightmare about it. I could feel getting tense watching it. my stomach got tighter, no comedy in this show I'll stick to my game shows and comedy shops

Yes, I think horror films are for the young. I remember when I used to watch the horror movie every Friday night, then be frightened to turn off the light & run & jump into bed hoping nothing monstrous would happen!.... I'm getting too old for that!! haha!!
