Sunshine In My Heart

There is a place, hidden deep down inside, where I go to, in unhappy times
I can hear the soft gentle words, of this small miracle of life,
and though he was taken from me so young, he remains by my side
I look to my heart to lead the way, and it helps to remember,
those special days
When he would hold his arms out for me to pick him up,
and when he just wanted a great big comforting hug,
Those times when he would cry, he would come to me, his tears I would dry,
The scraped knees, the boo, boo's too
I could then make everything ok, now what can I do
I keep a special place where he is wrapped in my love,
I cherish the memories, even though he is with the Father above
I was given this little boy, and he brought to my life, happiness love and joy
And his name was Joshy, he was the sunshine of my life,
The sorrow though, I still have to fight
For I miss him, we are so far apart,
But even though he is gone from this earth
He will always remain,
The Sunshine Of My Heart
