Have A Great Day

{Inspired By Our Friend, Mark Spencer}

I jumped out of bed, stepped on a cloud,
slid down a rainbow, what a morning I’ve had!

Today, will be soaked, in bright sunshine
everyone I meet will be a friend of mine

Good morning to you, how do you do
and with a smile, I’ll be on my way

No broken hearts or tears to shed,
glad I got my butt out of bed.

Traffic was bad, but no one seemed mad
no one honked or called me a jerk,
got green lights all the way to work.

Guess its been my attitude
Sometimes life, seems such a chore
but today, I heard, my life say
Hey, wake up, I’m all yours

OH, and by the way,
Have a Great Day!

..

Great poem. The first line of this poem can be compared to being in love. "i jumped out of bed, stepped on a cloud slid down a rainbow" lol
