Finally Found Love

I have finally found love.
Though it is not from you.
Its is from my friends.
From my family.
From Ashley my best friend.
She showed me the true meaning of a friend.
She showed me the light.
She showed me the way.
When i was lost and blind.
She saved me from myself.
From the deep lake of pain.
I have emerged stronger now.
Never to be hurt by girls like you.
Someday you will realize the love you missed.
And i will have some one who appreciates me.
Who really loves me and wont forsake me.
Who wont leave me torn and battered in the rain.
Who will be there when i need her most.
Who will love me for who i am.
And you will be utterly alone cause
The world will know the true you.
See you for who you really are.
Someday you will see what it feels like.
But unlike you if you need someone
to talk to i will be there to help you
To help guide you back to the light.
