One Day I Will

One day I will have a romantic picnic in the park
One day I will not change out of my pajamas
One day I will go for a road trip with friends
One day I will become a kindergarten teacher
One day I will play my music on a huge stage
One day I will be out on my own, all alone
One day I will run the longest marathon
One day I will learn to cook something new
One day I will go for a drive at 3:00 A.M
One day I will publish a book of my poetry
One day I will hike and get lost in the woods
One day I will be the life of the party
One day I will travel to Australia or Hawaii
One day I will capture someone elses heart
One day I will stop writing
About what I will someday do
And start........

Nice one!

As much as you put in this poem, the phrase that really caught me was "One day I will publish a book of my poetry". That line is going to happen with all of us someday, Pam. Greatwork! You really showed me that I'm not the only one who had such outlined dreams in poetry!

Thanks so much guys, this one was a blunt statement made out of 50% uncertainty and 50% hope - but of all those things, publishing a book of my poetry is something that will come first.
One day we will all share our poetry with those who care to buy our book!
