Golden

Tonight is a silent night
And I'm entranced by the streetlights
The soft amber glow
Makes the rooftops look like gold

Tonight is a clear night
And there's not a cloud in sight
One particular star shines alone....&
It appears to be made of gold

Tonight is a mysterious night
And the lines are hazy, between wrong & right
With every minute I am growing older
But these moments are rare and golden

Pondering

To look at the sky and ponder the view. I could almost put myself in your shoes as you looked over the view. Feeling the energy of the darkness... And your humanity.. Good work -Tarna

Beautiful

I loved your poem. It was so peaceful reading it in silence. Just imagining each and every detail in my head. Beautifully written! ~Trina
