Invisible

It comes unwanted
It comes not when you longed for it in summer
Silence is its sister
You wake up in the morning feeling
Its cold tickle in winter
It shakes trees with its anger

Here i sit...invisible before the world
Roaming stealthily around me
I know it is here...unmindful
The way i am with the chaos before me
Tossed sphagetti in meatballs and cheese
Catsup stained table cloth
Pieces of ground pepper so minute
Irrelevant presence...yet you sneeze
Because it comes unwanted...

Thinking deep, deeper even when thinking
Your mind so tired, sometimes
The mess inside your brain piled up
Like the laundry in your hamper
You think that all your wits have been
Exhausted like your shirts
Wrung by the spinner of your machine
And by the time you get them washed
Creased still they are
You hope for determination
To iron the folds....

Yes your mind has reached the bottom of its abyss
When the arms of your thoughts
Are weary extending, trying to grasp
Whatever remnant or piece of escape
Left slowly melting....

It comes now...but don't let it be
Hold on. Don't break.
Breathe deeply. Breath.
It will be over sooner than you think
It wil pass you will see
Like the passing of the invisible wind...
Hush.......
