To lose a loved one,
Or a friend so dear.
Stops our lives,
Creating things very unclear.

We often feel angry,
And claim it shouldn't have been you.
We often blame ourselves
And don't know what to do.

But this is all expected,
And its all very true.
So don't let yourself get lost,
And left without a clue.

Its not the only answer,
This self inflicted pain.
It wont bring them back.
And you wont ever be the same
