What I Want To Hear
3 February, 2003

My life is so dark
It dims every day
I try to talk to people
They don't know what to say
I don't even know
What I want to hear
But I haven't heard it
What will keep me here?

yeah, it's short...

Yeah, it was a short one... but don't think I half assed it, it said everything I needed it to.

Thanks for the comments...

to the point

You said what you felt and that's what matters. Sometimes you get your point across better with less. The saying " less is more" fits here seisure good writing.

I think this is one of the shortest poems i have read of urs. But like Barb, you got ur point across. And it is very clear.
