Psst...'aye Green Eyes

i want you to know...
poets we may never be
each poem you write i will cherish
and from my heart they will never perish

to each other in our hearts
lovers always a definite "you and me"
i want to say
In all of my days

I will continue to love you
and embrace everything new that surrounds you
the past 2 years of our romantic courtship
esquisitly bloomed from our short friendship

I look forward to the 20+ more
of that love that we have hid and we'll share privatly behind a closed door
you, I have grown to love, and became so fond of
my love for you will continue to grow above and beyond

more than you will ever know
and sometimes more than i can show..
you brought a world of warmth
love and understanding, from our hearts its grown

Today I accept the honour of becoming your wife
as you take me into your life
and join together in our vows in the presence of God
when we enter this perfect union of our two souls exploding to become one

who would of thought?
that all of this, is the result of what our love brought

i loved you yesterday..
i love you today...
i will love you tomorrow...
i will continue to love you all of the days of my life
each and every tomorrow

yours always, Spanish eyes
(sweetie, squeeze my hand once if you had a chance to read it {wink})

------- Author's Notes -------

i had this note slipped into my husbands shirt before the wedding.. he squeezed my hand once then added another three... 3 squeezes meant i love you
